Quebec is a great place to play and listen to music. The general population is very knowledgable and is very interested in all different styles of music. I have played all over N.America and my favoorite audiences are the people of Quebec. Some very popular quebec artists are, Celine Dion, Garou, Natasha St.Pier, Roch Voisine, La Bottine Souriante, Quartango, the Respectables, Claude Dubois,Two faces, Sans Pression, Les Architeks, Taktika.

The people of Quebec speak French--if you speak English you already know lots of French words it's just theat they're pronounced differently.
